I’m Amanda

A HOLISTIC WELLNESS & TRAUMA COACH

Most days you can find me working in a corner office, tea in hand, with my kiddos running wild on the ranch, and my pup by my side. I’m a holistic wellness and trauma coach, a photographer, videographer, educator and travel addict. 

I work with women who are looking to take back their life by upgrading their nutrition, wellness, and mindset. I believe that wellness is so much more than the food we eat and how many times we exercise each week. It encompasses all things including our environment, thoughts, and our daily habits. I want to help you reach your wellness goals and restore balance to your life so you can be the best version of yourself.

1:1 COACHING

Work with me one-on-one to reach your trauma and wellness goals. We will work on your relationship with yourself, ways to manage stress and improve your mindset, then establish changes to make to upgrade your lifestyle and overall health and wellness.

GROUP SESSIONS

Work with a small group and myself to reach your trauma and wellness goals. We will work on self-regulation, your relationship with yourself, others, ways to manage stress, then establish changes to make to upgrade your lifestyle and overall health and wellness.
